Back in the day, I was a food blogger. That was where I learned how to use digital media. It was a trial-by-error kind of thing, but because I have always been super curious, I was eager to discover and understand how this world worked.
Being a trailblazer is a fun trail to be on. And because of that, I was a beta tester for both Instagram and Pinterest. So much has changed since then. But one thing we know for sure is that social media (love it or hate it), it's not going anywhere.
In the beginning, as a food blogger, Pinterest was a great vehicle to build community, drive traffic to my blog and recipes, as well as be inspired by all the amazing content and information that that platform shared.
As I pivoted more into consulting and showing others how they could not only strategize, but monetize their gifts, talents, and expertise, I used Pinterest less and less.
My identity was dormant and in Q4 of 2022, I wanted to change that....
